Shipping policy

Jay'la-Rose Essentials accepts orders 24hour a day, 7 days a week.

We ship orders Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays.

Orders are usually processed same day and shipped the next day. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select.

Any delays on my end will be communicated to the purchaser via email.

Once order has shipped any delays in transit is out of my control, however you will be provided a tracking number so that you can track your package.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit.

However we will do our best to resolve any shipping issues, given the current situation with COVID-19 there are delays of all sorts during transit
